Antonia offers Therapeutic Reiki in 30 minute and 60 minute sessions. Antonia utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral approach in her psychotherapy practice which is incorporated in her Therapeutic Reiki. Before each Reiki session there is an understanding of one's intention for the session by creating an affirmation. During the session the affirmation is kept in one's thoughts while traditional Reiki is being administered. Through relaxing, the body balance is brought back to where it is needed. Essentially the body, mind, and spirit are brought together during this process.
